Editorial scoring decisions for v0.9–v1.0 are made by Guyu (谷禹) as sole editor. Where the same person also manages commercial relationships, this is disclosed; client hospitals are scored under the conflict protocol in the Neutrality Charter.

Listing ≠ endorsement of clinical quality. Rankings only include facilities that meet evidence thresholds for that ranking type.
